And so little time is spent on the actual reprogramming process. To me, much more time is spent on "going deeper, deeper" on all these tapes. If you've used these tapes before, it's the same ole same ole except that speaker has an Australian accent. Listened to it once and I will probably donate it to my local thrift shop.
Not really. Ok it just tells you things you want to hear about yourself, but do you really get this self confidence developped.

It's a really fun item to own. What a treat they are. I love his products, although some are better than others, this one I truly enjoy. I relax, feel better and wake up happy.
